We understand that the view rate is the first ten seconds, so we want to initially capture that shock factor and humour. Everything will be done through facial expressions, we won’t actually see anything graphic. We want to set the scene of the puppy parent walking around blissfully, minding their own business then suddenly they stop, their face starts to look more and more shocked as they slowly look down, then they start to look back up again slowly and they are greeted with a smiling puppy sat in front of them! We want the tension to build and build and build then SHHHHH.

There has been NO DIALOGUE up until this point then the puppy parent will go ‘Shhhhhh’ then it will cut to ‘Should have downloaded Zigzag’!

Then go on to talk about the app, the training modules and puppy coaches etc, show the puppy going through toilet training lessons etc. Please refer to our Profile section for talking points!

Then cut back to the puppy parent, almost like this scene from Spider man where they are walking down the street with supreme confidence but it is just them walking around their house with socks on not having to look at the landmine that is the floor. Their pup is nodding on in approval from outside where they are doing the toilet!
