Ingredients:

• 2 x Slices of Hovis® Tasty Wholemeal
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• 170g Cherry tomatoes whole
• 1 x Garlic clove
• 1 x Lemon - zest and 1⁄2 of the juiced lemon
• Large pinch of salt
• 70g Boursin cheese
• Cracked black pepper
• Few leaves of Basil
• 2 tsp Balsamic glaze or vinegar

BODY: Please go through the steps to make the recipe which are as follows:

1. Heat your olive oil in a frying pan on a medium heat.
2. Add the whole cherry tomatoes and cook until softened about 5 minutes. Gently

press down on the tomatoes a little to release some of the juices.

1. Add your crushed garlic clove, lemon zest and 1⁄2 juice. Stir together with a pinch of

salt. Cook the tomatoes until the sauce has gone jammy and remove from the heat.

1. While the tomatoes cool slightly, toast your bread.
2. Spread your Boursin cheese over your toast and top with your tomatoes.
3. Season with pepper and add your basil sprigs followed by a drizzle of balsamic and

serve.
