Project Summary
The Brief
We would like a video showing each step to make a summer pudding. It should be clear and close up of each step with a focus on the bread used as well as the packaging. The bread used will be Hovis Soft white medium loaf.
Must have a decent skill in cooking please with a clean kitchen setup.

Ingredients:
7 Slices of Hovis® Soft White Thick Sliced
300g strawberry
250g blackberry
100g redcurrant
500g raspberry
OR 1.25kg/2lb 12oz mixed berries and currants of your choice
175g golden caster sugar
SCRIPT -
HOOK: Start with a quick shot of the final product
END SHOT: Please end with a shot of the final product and then a wide of you cutting into it, adding to a plate and then taking a bite. Ideally somewhere sunny outside in the garden.
BODY: Please follow the steps in the youtube video or the BBC good food recipe to make the summer pudding. Add some garnish on top when it is complete like in the these images: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1kC1V6XDUh7SZNGUyWBhfLZWXMpiRJyj3/view?usp=sharing before you cut, serve and eat.
VOICEOVER: Please record a chatty voiceover, about how to make it as well as any additional tips.
