Script:

Has anyone else found that as they get older, you start to notice their hairline receding, thinning at the crown?

That was me about 3 year ago. I was wearing caps, growing my hair out over the areas to try and cover it.

But sadly those weren't really long term solutions.

So ... (pause) I decided to seek professional help ... I had a video call with a Clinician from a company called MANUAL. It was free and what did I have to lose.

They then put me on this hair loss plan, which combined a daily spray and a tablet. Was it going to work? I didn't know at the time.

Around the 3 month mark, my hair started shedding. Which apparently is normal, its just your hair restarting it's cycle with the thicker, stronger ones.

Once I was 7 month into my plan, that's when I really started to notice my hair density improve. Areas that I'd originally lost my hair in, had started to come back.

So if you are struggling with hair loss, no matter if you're in your 30s, 40s or even 50+. I'd highly recommend giving MANUAL a go.

It worked for me, you just need to be consistent and trust the process. Don't give up on month 3, these things take time.
