The Brief

For our next paid social campaign, we want to make our audience aware that there are better, more efficient ways to create step by step guides and process documents. Our audience don’t realise that Scribe exists and can replace frustrating outdated methods such as ‘writing a list’ or ‘taking screenshots and writing up instructions on a document’. 

We want to highlight that when both methods are compared side by side with Scribe, that Scribe is by far the better alternative, both for the person creating the guides, but also for the users who have to follow them along.

Location - Home Office / Office Environment / WFH Environment

Outfit - Smart Casual 

Direction - Keep it friendly and conversational, as if talking to a friend. Although scripted, try to keep the delivery as natural as possible, with high energy to keep our audience interested.

The ‘Problem To Solve’

  • People spend hours manually creating process documents and how-to guides, battling with traditional methods that are outdated and slow. They don’t realize there’s a better, easier and more efficient alternative (Meet Scribe who will do it at least 15x faster)
  • The documentation of these processes can take up a LOT of time. Time which can be better spent elsewhere, such as doing the actual work you’re explaining to others how to do.

  • People want to feel like the work they’re doing is meaningful and being recognized, but it’s difficult to enjoy your job when trying to balance both training your team & managing your own workload.
