We are seeking modern, organic videos with strong hooks, for our web platform: StoryKeeper - https://storykeeper.com  

These videos are being created for the purpose of FB / Instagram and TikTok advertising, as well as Youtube retargeting. 

We want to work with creators who have strong editing ability, and have a history of producing slick video ad content with strong results for clients. 

Open to working with UK and US creators, but we are expecting to use more UK creators at this time, given our customer base.

A particular focus for us in this campaign is generating content that feels organic from the beginning and not like a traditional ad (inspo link 3). We need the creator to emphasise StoryKeeper as a gift for a loved one, as this is why most of our customers purchase. 

We are very open to each creator's ideas here, particularly when it comes to visuals and shots used in the ad. We would like to see a rough script/storyboard ahead of filming, and please also let us know who will be featuring (eg will a parent or grandparent be involved). A rough breakdown might include the following:

HOOK 1: Evergreen hook

HOOK 2: Christmas-related

  • Engaging opening Hook revolving around finding (or struggling to find) the perfect gift for parent/grandparent (this Christmas) - Always finding it so difficult to buy a gift for my mom / dad/ granddad 
    • we would just like to emphasise that the hook at the beginning of each video can be short and succinct. Something as simple as " I'm always finding it so hard to buy a gift for my parents / grandparents, but this year....." is fine. We're just conscious of keeping the videos to roughly 30 seconds duration.. 
  • Found the perfect gift - their life story in a book 
  • Emphasis on 1/2 key features/outcomes:
    • Structure - answer a question every week, 
    • Simplicity - easy to use platform for older people, 
    • Result - beautiful harcover keepsake book, to be shared with the entire family, 
    • Preservation - preserving our family history for the future
  • Personal Experience / View - "I loved this so much because..." / "My grandmother really enjoyed answering the questions and we can't wait to see..."
