Project Summary
The Brief
We are looking for a lovely family with children aged 8- 13 to take a trip to the beautiful Woolacombe Bay Holiday Park. In exchange, we are looking for 5 UGC videos on various aspects of your stay at the park.
Stay Details
- The stay will be Friday- Sunday (Dates to be confirmed upon successful application)
- All activities you wish to engage with will be complimentary, but you need to book in advance of your stay. See activities here.
- You will have an onsite contact that can be reached for any issues or questions you have throughout your stay.
- Please note: You may film at the pools, providing the shots do not contain any other guests.
- There is a NISA on site, supermarkets a short drive away if you would like to self-cater and various eateries available on site.
Creator Requirements
- For this project we are looking for a young family with Children between 8- 14.
- Creators must be available for one of the following stays 12th- 15th June (you are welcome to leave early or arrive late if you cannot make one day of the stay.)
- Have a vehicle and driving license to drive to the park. The park is not easily accessible by public transport. (Please note: we are not reimbursing travel costs)

Each video has two hooks we have offered suggestions but feel free to suggest options when you submit your script! We are hoping for you to generate your desired script and confirm this with us so that it can be as authentic as possible whilst hitting on our desired points. Every video should have a clear call to action that directs the viewer to book their holiday with Woolacombe Bay at the end.
Data suggests that our primary target audience are women. They are primary care givers that are looking to nurture their relationship with their family. Their primary motivation is creating memorable and positive experiences with their family.
Creator must have at least one child with them between 8- 13. The more the merrier though!

PROJECT TIMELINE:
1-3 days after getting selected:
- Once selected, we'll confirm suitable dates with you
- Let us know your preferred activities so we can book you in
- We'll ask for your phone number to set up the group chat
- Start planning your shot list (guide is in the brief)
(3 days at the location where you'll film and enjoy a nice time with your family)
AFTER THE STAY:
- Create script/storyboard for all 3 videos for the client to share feedback and approve!
- Staggered content delivery (aka you don't have to deliver all videos within 5 days, but within 2 weeks of the stay)
