Making the swap from alcoholic beer to non-alcoholic beer means that you don’t need to sacrifice on taste or miss out on social occasions, but you’ll wake up fresh and ready the day after. Tell us how swapping full-strength beer with alcohol-free beer has affected your day-to-day. Start the video with a shot of you swapping out a beer bottle (make sure this is unbranded, with the label either covered or removed, we do not want it to be visibly a bottle from any other beer company).
To start you could say: 'Here's one swap I've made to guarantee I achieve my goals this month' (as a voiceover, whilst switching the bottles out).
