Project Summary
The Brief
We're looking for 30 second videos in both German and English. They should be speaking about the Wise product, especially send money with a mention of spend (using the Wise card)
We want to position Wise as the cheaper, faster, alternative for anyone doing anything in another currency
Not super salesy, not super formal (we're not a bank) but needs to be trustworthy at the same time
TIP: Ensure your portfolio shows video examples in German and in English! Please also add a comment letting us know whether you are an existing WISE customer.

We will have to send a 'fake' Wise card to them as our latest branded cards aren't available yet
VISUALS:
A combination of speaking to camera, app shots + product shots. potentially some lifestyle to help paint as well

This includes:
Falsely deceiving the audience about the main characteristics of the product, regarding it’s availability, use,
benefits, customer and complaint service, risks or the results to be expected from its use. The examples you
mentioned apply here, such as “fastest”. Others include falsely stating that the product will only be available
for a very limited time (“you can only register today”), or that it will only be available on particular terms
(“free”) for a very limited time, in order to elicit an immediate decision;
Falsely deceiving the audience about the price or the manner in which the price is calculated, or the
existence of a specific price advantage. The examples you mentioned apply here, such as “you will definitely
save money”, “cheapest”, “get your Wise Card for free”, “everyone else apart from Wise is ripping customers
off”;
Falsely deceiving the audience about the rights of the consumer;
Using bank related terminology, such as implying Wise is a bank, or that Wise account is a bank account.
DO
- Please film in natural bright light
- Add engaging captions to your video! remember to submit the version with and without! (SafeZone Tool)
- Keep it lively and energetic - we want to encourage the audience!

- Submit all formats after sign off

- Don't film via TikTok app. MUST use back camera and edit via CapCut or similar.

We aren't salesy or overly quirky but we want to still entertain while we inform. Our biggest sales point is word of mouth so it should be like someone telling a friend about Wise.
