Main Concept
Script/Description of Scenes

HOOK: Please start with a simple but effective hook, along the lines of: "day and night skincare routines" 

Walk us through your actual morning and night routines, but include the Day serum during the day routine and the night serum in the night routine. also to include in the night routine is the eco pad for makeup removal. Beyond this, we are happy for you to bring in your own personal steps, but ask that any other brands/products used are not shown or mentioned directly and only generically mentioned.. 

For example, you would not show the label of your cleanser, but might mentioned "First, i start by washing my face with a gentle cleaner..." and only show the actual application of the product onto your face and rinsing off. We only ever stop to show the label of the Vitamin C Day and Vitamin C Night serums.

DAYTIME:

Talent is wearing a pyjamas in the early morning. Day routine could include: cleanser, Vit C Day Serum, moisturizer and SPF. 

TRANSITION: Talent then covers the camera with their hand, transitioning us to night time. 

NIGHT TIME:

They just got home from a night out, and have the makeup to match it. Night routine: micellar water (wiping away makeup with Garnier eco pad), Vit C Night Serum and moisturiser. Again, happy for you to throw other product types or step into the routine here as well. Shots are a combination of medium/just above the chest and face close-ups. Sequence is fast-paced until we get to each Serum, which is when we slow down to focus on these products. At the end, talent jumps into the bed while filming with the selfie camera.

Audio should be a VO explaining each step. Overall, the tone should feel very conversational, light and fun. It should not come off as sales-y so please avoid taking lines directly from the website or product comms below and saying them word for word; ad-lib and bring in your own flare! For example: "Up to 24 hours of Hydration" should be changed to something more like "leaves my skin feeling super hydrated" or even a simple "really moisturising"

A google drive link has been shared with product information to consider for your VO during day and night serum application. 

CTA: Please avoid using any traditional CTA's that sound extremely sales driven and inauthentic, such as "go get yours today", etc... keep up the tone of conversational and fun!

CAPTIONS: On-screen text should list out the steps in the routine throughout video. Please incorporate emojis for a casual and fun viewing experience. 

DO NOT: Please do not wear any branded clothing and avoid excessive jewellery.

Brand Guidelines
DONT show any products outside of the L'Oreal family. Don't use any single use plastics or environmentally unfriendly appearing props. Stay away from using plastic props, bottles, ect generally. Keep any makeup and accessories or jewellery very minimal. Hands should be clean and ideally have natural looking nails (colour and length)
How content submissions work
