Lately I've been loving winding down with a warm bath, it's helped me truly relax at the end of each day.
This, of course, has helped improve my sleep, my over all mood- I just generally feel better.
Because this was becoming a bigger part of my routine, I started doing research about water quality and the impacts on your skin and body. Turns out, tap water isn't exactly the best possible water to be bathing in.
I invested heavily in my water quality because I've fully committed to investing in myself.
And besides, isn't the whole point of taking a bath...to end up clean?
