Project Summary
The Brief
We want quite a casual and energetic (inspo 1) feeling video of someone in their late 20s (and over) talking into the camera about how our service is a must for council or housing association tenants dealing with issues of disrepair in their home and are being ignored by their landlords. Ideally from the perspective of someone who has either gone through it or can relate on some level as a tenant and a parent (because kids, elderly or sick people are more at risk from issues like damp and mould etc). The Background should also be causal, could be a bedroom, on the stairs, a kids room, going for a walk etc.

Our aim is to empower council and housing-association tenants. We help tenants who are being ignored by councils or housing association get their home repaired and claim compensation for any inconvenience caused by issues of disrepair without risk of eviction.
We can help with:

Tenants can check their eligibility for free on our website (not yet live) but we can provide an interactive build for creators to interact with or recordings if the website is not live.

We want a confident and energetic tone of voice to raise the spirits of our target audience. We want to relate to the every day matured tenant, late 20s and above. We want to focus on family safety in the home and the potential dangers of unresolved housing disrepair issues in their homes (especially for kids, elderly or the sick). We want them to feel empowered knowing they don't have to put up with it and a solution exists - The housing Claimsline.
