The Apex bike connects to the Apex app which you can connect to on your iPhone or iPad. You can then stream classes filmed from our London studio, live or on demand. The classes are conducted by an Apex instructor and are fun and have great music. The classes vary in length, from 15 mins to 60 mins.

Script: So I've just got my hands on an Apex bike and OMG am I excited to try this baby out

Script: so the bike comes in four colour ways: black, navy blue, Mist which is like an off-white, and sky blue - as you can see I've gone for navy blue to match the aesthetic in my room
