Here are the instructions we have on our website, use this as reference too. We want this vid to be between 1-2 minutes explaining how to use the product, the benefits and the potential results people could achieve (use our before and after customer results for reference)

Before you begin:
1 - Place Jawshaper Pro (with bite strips in place) into the boiling water with a slotted spoon or Jawshaper necklace.
2 - Boil in water for 20-35 seconds, then remove jawshaper Pro.
3 - Tap the Jawshaper Pro to remove any excess water or dip in cold water.
4 - Put the Jawshaper Pro in your mouth and firmly bite into the center of the bite strips until it fits comfortably. Hold the position for 10 seconds.
5 - Repeat only if necessary. Do not boil Jawshaper Pro for more than 35 seconds at a time.

- Place the ball between your upper and lower teeth: Hold the ball firmly between your teeth, and bite down.
- Perform repetitions: Start by doing a few repetitions, gradually increasing the number as you become more accustomed to the exercise. Begin with shorter sessions and gradually increase the duration over time.
- Follow a consistent routine: For best results, incorporate jaw exercises into your regular fitness routine. Consistency is key, so aim to perform the exercises daily for 5-10 minutes.
