Description

We would like a walkthrough-style video explaining all the components of The Fast 800 programme, which includes meal plans, recipes, guided workouts, community support, etc. We have requested 9:16/Story format, however as it will be used in on Insta/Facebook, it and will be cropped automatically to 1:1 or 4:5 depending on the placement.
