Concept:

The goal of this content is to hook people with the exciting idea that they can become a Taste Tester at HomeCooks, while talking about the benefits of the service.

The creator can talk about how they are now a taste tester at HomeCooks (we will make you one) and how we encourage all our users to become taste testers to assess the hundreds of new dishes that we launch each month.

At HomeCooks we sell the largest collection of pre-prepped meals in the world, hundreds of dishes and a large variety of cuisine types. 

All restaurant quality dishes and made by independent chefs. 

Range is important to us: emphasize the range of meals, from hearty comfort food to calorie-counted dishes to unique international dishes. It means that people can always try something new. 

The food arrives chilled or frozen and is easily reheated in 5-20 minutes in the microwave or oven. 

Use case is that they can be eaten every day - makes lunch or dinner exciting, satisfying and convenient. 

Much higher quality than depressing supermarket-ready meals and is much cheaper than ordering takeaway.

The independent chefs cook meals that they are passionate about in small batches so the flavours are insanely good. 

It is important to highlight that we deliver nationwide.

This is the bit that might really interest our new users so please be excited by it (we will actually make you an official taste tester). 

We have over 100 independent chefs apply to sell their food on the platform each month. 

We have a community of taste testers to ensure that quality is super high before these meals before the chef can sell them to the public on HomeCooks. 

We call this group ‘The Council of Eaters’.

After a customer has placed a few orders with us, they become a taste tester. 

They will be sent meals at a heavily discounted rate in return for reviewing them.

The amazing thing is that these taste testers mean that our community directly decides what meals are allowed to be sold on the website - they are important decision-makers.

  • Unboxing our food box and showing how it’s packaged 
  • Plating up the food in an appetising way
  • Feel free to add in some sides, garnishes, and salads to make it more colourful. 
  • Show how easy it is to reheat the meals and that it requires no actual cooking. 
  • Talk about the key points that make us unique while showcasing our HomeCooks meals.
  • Give enthusiastic feedback about the flavour of the dish, portion size, value etc.
  • Can have a clear call to action at the end of the video encouraging your followers to use your code and visit our page. 

Don’ts 

  • Please don’t share anything that doesn’t look appetising on camera. 
  • Try not to share the food in containers when they are frozen - If showing the food inside the container, please make sure it's heated up in order to show it in the best way as they will be delivered frozen.
