Overview: 

We ideally would like our UGC creator to use the  PAS Framework when creating the story (Problem - Agitate - Solution).

The creator doesn’t have to include all of the key points in the video because we don’t want to overload our viewers with information but the starred points are the most important ones. 

We want these key points to be conversational and not sound like it’s being read. We want our customers to see how HomeCooks helped this creator with solving her problem. 

Throughout the video, we would like to see our creator talk in front of the camera and record voiceover to play in the background when she’s showing the action shots (like unboxing, putting the meal in the microwave, plating it, eating, and enjoying the food)

    • Subscription - we are launching this as a membership so we won’t be calling it a subscription
    • Frozen meal - our meals are a ready meal upgrade made by independent chefs and we don’t want customers to think that it’s just frozen food.
    • Menu - there is a huge selection of dishes on the website and the concept is that you can add different dishes from different chefs into your basket. 
    • Fresh - our food is cooked fresh and then immediately frozen to keep the freshness in but we don’t want to misinform customers by calling it ‘fresh’
