Person is sitting at their desk and pulls out their phone to call.
A: Hey, is this HBO Max?
B: Hello there, yes it is-
A: Yeah, yeah, I don’t want to go through this whole process where I’m first put on hold for hours on end listening to that elevator music and every 15 minutes you tell me I’m next in line when I’m not.
B: Um-
A: No, no, no, no, no. Then when I finally get to talk to a human you’ll try to sell me on a cheaper subscription with ads which is what I don’t want. Nobody wants ads!
B: Actually, all you’re going to do is tell us what subscription you want canceled and with a tap of a button we’ll cancel it for you. You don’t even have to be on a call ever again.
A: (confused look) Oh? I’m so sorry. Who are you?
