Olive oil prices have literally DOUBLED recently…
But there IS a silver lining.
See, the price rises have come from massive droughts in Spain and Italy…
Which means the olive trees don’t get enough water…
They struggle to grow olives…
Olive oil gets expensive. Yay.
But here’s the good news!
When olive trees are put under stress like drought… they make loads of this super healthy molecule called “polyphenols.”
Which studies have proven helps you lose weight, look more attractive and reverse joint pain.
