Start with an engaging hook that is authentic to you: e.g. ‘A day in the life of a busy mum of two’ / ‘A day in the life of trying to get back on track with my fitness routine’ / ‘Spend a healthy Sunday with me’ / ‘My morning routine before heading to office’ 

Run through your daily routine - this could be anything from making a morning coffee, to eating lunch, heading to the supermarket, going to work, anything else fun/ interesting you do in your day! You should include a variety of lifestyle video shots in your day in the life. 

The WithU app should feature 1-2 times in your video. There are multiple ways you cold include the app in your daily routine including: 

  • A morning yoga session 
  • Competing a Daily Session (a new 5-6 minute workout released on the app each day, no gym gear required) 
  • A short desk-based workout in the office 
  • A home workout 
  • Using the app in the gym
  • A bedtime meditation 
  • A guided run 
  • A strength & conditioning workout before/after your run

Please highlight some of the benefits of the app in your video/ voiceover/ on-screen captions: 

  • Thousands of workouts at across a wide range of disciplines to choose from (e.g. HIIT, Yoga, Pilates, Running, Meditation etc)
  • All workouts are audio-guided with a world-class coach giving you cues, support and motivation (plus there’s a 3D Avatar that shows you how to do individual exercises if you need it)
  • Something for everyone whether you're a complete beginner or seasoned pro
  • Workout on your terms whether thats at home, in the gym and everywhere in between

Additional information

DO:

  • wear headphones when using the app. Our workouts are audio-guided so this will make it clear
  • please film in natural light, ideally facing a window
  • when not directly speaking to a camera, use VO but ensure audio quality is seamless and natural
  • Add engaging native-looking captions to your video! remember to submit the version without too. 
  • Shoot high-res

  • don’t feature anything seasonal interiors, we want your video to be evergreen
