Start with an engaging hook that is authentic to you: e.g. ‘A day in the life of a busy mum of two’ / ‘A day in the life of trying to get back on track with my fitness routine’ / ‘Spend a healthy Sunday with me’ / ‘My morning routine before heading to office’
Run through your daily routine - this could be anything from making a morning coffee, to eating lunch, heading to the supermarket, going to work, anything else fun/ interesting you do in your day! You should include a variety of lifestyle video shots in your day in the life.
