The product is our app 'Zigzag Puppy Training'. This is an app designed to create a personalised journey for your puppy around their age, needs, and breed to deliver the best training programme for their specific developmental windows.

Hi I’m x and you’re tuning into a day in my life as a x old puppy living in x.
Firstly, I like to wake up super early and start with my singing practice, I know my mum/dad must absolutely love it because they always come to listen to me practice and praise me - a little paw-varotti in the making!
This is followed by me being carried outside to the toilet and made to stand outside and pee, which I find kinda weird because everyone else goes inside the house, but mum/dad says that the coaches on her puppy training app Zigzag say I need to get familiarised with going outside - I don’t what their deal is!
After this it’s a bit of breakfast (kibble again my favourite), followed by some playtime and of course a big nap. Zigzag has been helping mum/dad understand how much I should be eating and sleeping thanks to the food calculator and Zigby AI, as well as providing us with fun new training games to play in their library. I’ll never go hungry, tired, or bored ever again!

Once I’ve woken up, I’m off out on my walk and ready to explore the world. However, I am struggling to master walking nicely on the lead as things stand, so mum/dad has been running through the lessons with me in the Zigzag app as we go. It certainly isn’t easy and I wish I could tell mum/dad that I am slowly getting the hang of it, but you see I can’t speak which has proven problematic. Luckily for them though, Zigzag tailors a personalised training programme to your pup, as well as allowing you to pin those tricky lessons so you don’t forget to focus on them.
