Project Summary
The Brief
We're looking for creators whose parents would be available to visit a clinic for a free hearing test! We'd like a testimonial-style video for a company who provide hearing tests and hearing aids to everyone, but specifically older people, for use on Youtube so needs to be landscape please.

OBJECTIVES
1. to showcase a father and daughter’s journey through booking and attending a hearing aid test (please ensure to describe any feelings of nervousness prior to attending and perhaps a stubbornness from the dad for not wanting to book for a while, and finally Gen manages to convince him and they go, and Hidden Hearing make them feel so comfortable and at ease while they’re there, dad doesn’t know what he was worried about.
2. The sale of the hearing aid - the hearing aid dispenser who will be working with Gen tomorrow will “fake” a sale of the hearing aid itself after the hearing test. The aim here again is to show the process being easy - they’ve just come from the hearing test, they were explained everything in great detail and treated very well, now they are shown the device, it is fitted etc and dad is happy to try it out. We need this section to be much more about the actual purchase of the product please.

A service providing hearing tests & hearing aids. We want to push the customer service side of things, mention how well you were treated throughout the process of your hearing test, mention that the test is free and you don't have to buy a hearing aid if you don't want to.
Video 1 - hearing test:
- mention that her dad has been struggling hearing people
- mention that he was a bit nervous about coming but she helped him book
- showcase how lovely the people doing the test and working at the clinic are, and how that put her dad at ease
- showcase the actual hearing test itself, especially focusing on the customer service of the team
- Finalise with how easy the process was etc and can end with a book your appointment now CTA

Video 2 - Sale:
- mention having had the hearing test
- mention how lovely the team are
- show the clinician giving Dad advice on the best hearing aid
- show the hearing aid that has been “prescribed”
- show the fitting of the hearing aid and Dad’s reaction
- mention how amazing the whole process is, and that there are financing options available
- End with a sort of “what are you waiting for, for your loved ones” kind of CTA
