The video should explain the benefits of using a CBD tampon and visually educate how the tampon can give relief from menstrual symptoms. Our brand is visually strong and this should be conveyed in the video - think clean airy spaces and a sense of calm from the tampons.

- Talking directly to the camera, with ‘clean’ aesthetics
- Please make sure the video has natural light and please use a ring light and high quality camera
- The background should be plain but can include green plants or neutral colours
- Speak in an entertaining and upbeat way, but also keep the natural tune
- Please emphasis the CBD in the first 3 seconds of the video
- Please use the script as a guide but feel free to amend in a way that feels natural to you
- Please try not to use the term ‘women’ as this is not inclusive and therefore not on brand for us - we can use people with vaginas/people with periods/women and AFAB folk
