'Uber for Moving' is the shortest, most easily understood part. But its not outsourced gig-workers (the industry has a TERRIBLE reputation for bad service, lateness, hidden fees, theft and so on, all caused by unvetted gig-workers). So that might be the angle you want to pursue too.
I dont have fixed idea of how this should be, except i DONT want it to be standard boring stuff. Although that might also work if its just a demo of product But I feel like it needs something more intersting, becuase otherwise, who cares?
So Im looking for creative ideas rather than having a definite preconception!
Key USPs:
An obvious approach would be to simply demo the software as though youre a user, we could probaly send a van and driver for a fake move.
A funnier option might be to show how difficult everyone else is to book, or how awful their movers are, then we are great by comparision.
A full production could be a beatuful building with dirty loud movers, with the butts hanging out of their jeans, kicking the door open and making a mess and noise, then we drift through with handsome drivers like a diet coke ad.
But thats my thoughts, Im looking for yours - creative, fun, goofy, serious, I dont mind - all ideas are worth considering.
On-demand, tech based London movers - from single large items to full home or office moves... basically think Uber for Moving.

Key USPs:
This needs an angle to make it more interesting. Its not an easy sell becuase many people dont realise how bad the industry is until they try to use it but its like broadband and airlines - mostly awful providers with a few high quality ones at the top.
